It feels like they didn’t change the sheet cause it’s dirty and smelly. Also there’s no curtains for the bathroom window..

Spacious room but very small bathtub, but since it’s at a convenient location, I might consider staying here again.

The location is the best and most satisfactory reason for me to book this place the next reason is the in room hot springs

The face towels were torn and the bathtub was small and the shower was even smaller. The machine only issued one room card so we had to stick together.

In overall, it’s quite good. I will recommend to my friends.

It’s clean and spacious. Although it’s self check in style, in other words, no reception, but it’s quite easy to contact the personnel when we need help.

I can hear quite noisy sound when the next room turn on the tap. It takes quite a long time to fill the pool (around an hour).

Wonderful

pretty spacious room with a small balcony

we stayed the room with Mountain View on 3rd floor. It had the Mountain View can be seen through the window at where bathtub is. it’s just because of the 3rd floor? your naked can be seen by the people on a down streets lol

Very Good

Sufficient facilities and very good hot spring with good mountain view. You can adjust the water temperature by yourself because there are both hot&cold water taps. What I wanted to do is to stay alone and enjoy hot springs and be relaxed. I really enjoyed my stay.

A little bit noisy during the drainage of the bath in other rooms (I suppose in upstairs). But unless it is in midnight, it is not a big problem. Shower space is just next to bathtub and very narrow. You need to manage the water pressure and shampoo/soap to keep the bathtub clean. There is only glass and no curtain between room and bathtub, so bathroom can be seen completely from the room. I suggest considering the relationship with your accompaniers before booking.

Great experience that exceeded our expectations, at an affordable price point.

The room was very large, and with decent views of the surrounding area. The staff were friendly and attentive. They communicated with me ahead of time by adding me on Line. We were able to drop off our bags and check in early, and they were very accommodating with additional requests like fresh towels and extra pillows. The room itself was spotless, with a large, comfy bed, and thick black out blinds. And of course there was the hot tub: it was huge (big enough for a taller person like myself to lie down in), and the mineral water was exactly the right temperature for a long relaxing soak. Overall, it was a great holiday made even better by a hotel room and service that exceeded out expectations.

I had a couple of very minor gripes, and none of them really impacted our stay. If I had to pick fault, I would say the walls and ceiling in our room carried some sound from the others (water draining, guests walking around upstairs). Also, given that you are likely to use the hot tub at least once during your stay, I would say a better ventilation fan in the bathroom would really help. It got very steamy in the room itself, and it was difficult to air out completely except by leaving all the windows throughout the room open for several hours. But like I said before, these a very small complaints on an otherwise faultless experience.

Pleasure but can be improved

Self check-in system. The room is spacious and clean. The view from the bathtub is great Staffs are very friendly and willing to help. The male staff who appeared to be the maintainer was super enthusiastic and assisted us well, high credit to him. Overall it’s a pleasure time.

1/ sound proof is horrible, the night we stayed we heard screaming from a couple unsure upstairs or outside. Almost calling the police. 2/ the bed felt a bit damp after laying for a while 3/ the fridge in the room was not working properly, smelled very bad. We asked to change the fridge and the staff assisted us but the second fridge didn’t work either.. 4/ the bathtub design is very rough and hard.

Beautiful room beautiful view

Clean beautiful hot spring bath in the room. The room is spacious and clean. Located within a 10-15 min walk from shops and food. Due to COVID restrictions machine check in and check out was available. However this doesn’t mean there is no service. Once checked in we received a call letting us know if we need a change of towels out any other services we can contact their number.
